• •8+ years experience managing Meta programs
• •Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
• •Understanding of Meta best practices
• •Performance driving experience across web/app
• •Highly analytical mindset and data interpretation
• •Proactive self-starter in fast-paced environments
• •Test-and-learn mentality and experimentation focus
• •Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
• •Experience with Sigma and Looker
• •Hands-on operator with leadership skills
• •Experience growing teams from scratch (bonus)
• •Snapchat and Tik Tok experience (preferred)

Aufgaben

• •Build the European paid social setup from scratch
• •Execute the full performance marketing strategy
• •Manage Meta DPA and non-DPA campaigns
