Anforderungen
- 8–12+ years in brand, content, or marketing leadership
- B2B SaaS leadership experience preferred
- Proven experience building or scaling brand
- Experience with SEO / content-led growth
- Strong understanding of brand supporting demand generation
- Experience managing creative and content teams
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling ability
- Ability to connect brand to business outcomes
- Hands-on enough to guide execution
- Experience in multi-region / international brand building (bonus)
- Background in brand and performance environments (bonus)
Aufgaben
- Define and evolve brand positioning, narrative, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Ensure clear brand differentiation in competitive markets
- Translate product and value proposition into a compelling, scalable story
- Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, ICP understanding, and value propositions
- Develop brand initiatives to support pipeline generation, market awareness, and category positioning
- Ensure brand contributes to organic pipeline growth, conversion improvement, and reduced CAC
- Amplify campaigns and align brand and performance efforts with Demand Gen
- Own strategy and execution for SEO/AEO, organic social, content distribution, and PR/thought leadership
- Build a strong, consistent organic presence across markets
- Ensure content is high-quality, consistent, and aligned with brand and demand strategy
- Own all creative output, including design, video, campaign assets, and website visual identity
- Ensure high-quality, modern, and consistent creative output across all touchpoints
- Ensure strong storytelling across all creative formats
- Manage and develop designers, content creators, and external agencies
- Define and track brand awareness, organic pipeline contribution, content performance, and engagement quality
- Partner with GTM Ops to connect brand efforts to pipeline and revenue
- Build a holistic view of brand attribution
