- Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable end-to-end accounting processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop AP, AR, and GL teams
- Own the timely, high-quality monthly close process in Germany
- Ensure efficient, compliant execution of O2C, P2P, GL
- Ensure strong internal controls
- Ensure operational compliance within finance
- Serve as a key interface for Finance Operations
- Liaise with Group Accounting and internal stakeholders
