- Identify capability gaps and upskilling opportunities
- Understand current logistics processes for leg A and C
- Identify synergies in logistics processes
- Propose new logistics efficiency framework
- Manage end-to-end transportation
- Propose future warehouse management setup
- Optimize warehouse cost
- Analyze current savings pipeline for leg A, B, C transport
- Propose savings initiatives for 2026/27
- Manage savings initiatives with team members
- Develop future Logistics COE transition plan
- Build and maintain cost-to-serve models
- Convert insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional forums on logistics efficiency
