- Build a representative customer panel
- Set clear priorities for roadmap execution
- Allocate resources effectively
- Monitor global business contribution and portfolio profitability
- Recommend pricing strategies and business models
- Evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
- Lead and inspire a team of Global Product Managers
- Define optimal team structure and recruit talent
- Set individual objectives and manage performance
