Anforderungen

• •10 years experience in logistics or related
• •Experience in FMCG or other industries
• •Proven global responsibility or logistics ownership
• •Experience implementing transportation management systems
• •Logistics network optimization and operational-excellence frameworks
• •Strong multi-stakeholder project management experience
• •Ability to lead transformation and influence
• •Analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills in English

• •Embed logistics savings into budgets
• •Design and standardize end-to-end processes
• •Lead harmonization and remove process inefficiencies
• •Improve TMS, WMS, and analytics systems
• •Strengthen visibility and data-driven decision-making
• •Implement global KPI frameworks and dashboards
• •Drive service, productivity, and OTIF improvements
• •Manage transportation and warehousing transformation
• •Optimize network design and service models
• •Partner with regions on change management
• •Build capabilities and support local implementation
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities
• •Resolve trade-offs with IT and Finance
• •Report progress and risks to leadership
• •Propose mitigation strategies for transformation issues
