Anforderungen

• •Post-graduate degree in relevant scientific field
• •5-7 years HEOR professional experience
• •Knowledge of European HTA and reimbursement
• •Knowledge of Market Access and outcomes
• •Understanding of regulatory and HTA bodies
• •Interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills
• •Strategic thinking and decision making skills
• •Self-starting capabilities and creative thinking
• •Experience managing multiple brands
• •Excellent spoken and written English
• •Readiness to travel approximately 20%
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Ideally: Knowledge of international healthcare systems
• •Experience working with business partners
• •Experience with orphan or speciality drugs

Aufgaben

• •Develop and manage global HEOR deliverables
• •Conduct cost and comparative effectiveness analyses
• •Generate real-world evidence and epidemiological data

• •Collaborate with internal medical and commercial stakeholders
• •Partner with external experts on clinically relevant initiatives
• •Align country-level tactical plans with global strategies
• •Manage HEOR budgets and long-term business objectives
• •Design prospective and retrospective research protocols
• •Build economic models and scientific publications
• •Monitor healthcare landscapes for business impact
• •Represent the company at global HEOR conferences
• •Support multiple HTA and reimbursement submissions annually
