- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and German to communicate professionally

Aufgaben
- Support the Managing Director and Management Team in executing the business plan to double the business by 2030
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 as a pilot in the German Sales Organization
- Drive change and project management initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization
- Develop and manage a Business Controller and foster collaboration within the SSC Accounting team
- Act as a business partner to local and regional stakeholders, providing financial insights for decision-making
- Oversee financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and financial accounting activities
- Drive business and financial planning, budgeting, and analytics using SAP and BI tools
