In this role, you will partner closely with the CFO to enhance finance processes and drive strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing financial analyses, supporting business leaders with insights, and ensuring compliance while fostering a culture of value creation.

Anforderungen

• •7+ years of experience in Finance/Controlling, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
• •Several years of experience in a senior finance role
• •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• •Solid knowledge of financial planning & analysis, group reporting, KPI and performance management
• •Experience with building or optimising finance processes and systems
• •Hands-on mentality and willingness to dive into details
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• •High level of ownership, reliability and discretion
• •Proficiency in English and German
• •Willingness to be regularly present on-site at HQ

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary sparring partner to the CFO on finance topics
• •Lead and develop core finance processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• •Prepare high-quality financial analyses and decision papers for the board and CFO
• •Create KPI dashboards and conduct performance reviews
• •Drive the professionalization and digitalization of finance systems and processes
• •Support business leaders with data-driven insights and investment calculations
• •Coordinate and consolidate group-wide financial planning and monitor performance
• •Manage relationships with external stakeholders like auditors and banks
• •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines
• •Build strong interdepartmental relationships and promote a performance-oriented culture
