Aufgaben
- Oversee budget and sales planning
- Manage liquidity development
- Establish and develop treasury, risk management, and transfer pricing
- Lead M&A activities and buy-and-build strategy
- Implement efficiency programs
- Conduct controlling and performance analysis using KPIs
- Provide action recommendations based on KPIs
- Identify and design new business opportunities
- Conduct market analyses, business cases, and feasibility studies
- Serve as deputy to the CFO
- Manage and develop commercial areas including finance, controlling, treasury, and tax/audit
- Optimize financial and liquidity processes
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage inventories and reporting
- Digitize and automate financial processes
- Focus on AI and modern tools
- Analyze market, competition, and benchmarks
- Derive operational measures from analyses
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders
- Participate in recruiting for finance and controlling teams
