In this role, you will lead SAP program deployments that drive business transformation, utilizing expertise in project management and change management. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing program execution, guiding teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• •10+ years of experience in SAP project management methods, including SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
• •Excellent management skills in business transformation programs
• •Experience in SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur
• •Proven expertise in general project management methods and understanding of SAP BTP, MDG, and GTS
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• •Drive business transformation initiatives using HANA technologies
• •Utilize change and transformation management approaches in S/4HANA modules
• •Oversee deployment of programs across end-to-end processes
• •Manage systems like GTS and Ariba

• •Apply SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
• •Guide multi-disciplinary process teams through large-scale SAP programs
• •Ensure solution readiness and effective integration
• •Develop and execute project plans
• •Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks
• •Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates
• •Gather feedback from stakeholders
• •Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• •Engage effectively with various teams
