- Compliance with GDPR, DORA/NIS2, and EU AI Act
- Solid experience in governing open platform ecosystems
- Experience in federated data governance
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI and agentic AI governance
- Capability in defining, tracking, and assuring ecosystem maturity KPIs
- Solid working knowledge of regulatory, security, and risk management
Aufgaben
- Design and operate enterprise governance frameworks
- Improve governance frameworks for APIs, data products, and AI
- Improve governance frameworks for platform lifecycle and integrations
- Lead cross-functional governance bodies like the Data & AI Council
- Align diverse stakeholders
- Define, enforce, and evolve enterprise standards
- Manage compliance frameworks for Data Mesh principles
- Oversee API policies and AI guardrails
- Ensure adherence to SLO, SLA, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, DORA/NIS2, and EU AI Act
- Govern the open platform ecosystem
- Oversee partner onboarding
- Oversee API integrity controls
- Oversee interoperability standards
- Oversee contractual and technical guardrails
- Run federated data governance across decentralized domains
- Ensure clear data ownership structures
- Ensure robust data quality management
- Ensure consistent metadata and lineage
- Ensure effective Data Mesh operating principles
- Apply responsible and agentic AI governance
- Address AI ethics
- Manage AI model lifecycle controls
- Implement AI safety mechanisms
- Govern AI agents in operational environments
- Define, track, and assure ecosystem maturity KPIs
- Monitor data adoption and API monetization
- Track marketplace usage and AI agent performance
