Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong knowledge of working capital, cash flow, financial analysis, controlling, and performance management
- Knowledge and 10+ years experience analyzing/managing working capital metrics (DSO, DIOH, Inventory Turns, DPO, Cash Conversion Cycle, ROIC)
- Experience in business analyses, root cause analyses, and developing performance improvement measures
- Desirable knowledge of governance models (Target Operating Model, KPI-based management, performance reviews)
- Proficiency in ERP, reporting, and analytics systems (SAP, BI/reporting tools), and advanced Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Optimize working capital performance
- Manage receivables, inventory, and payables
- Analyze key metrics (DSO, DIOH, DPO, Cash Conversion Cycle)
- Conduct variance and root cause analyses
- Develop recommendations for operational improvement
- Support business decision-making
- Initiate and lead cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Implement measures to optimize operating cash flow
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews
- Track and follow up on agreed actions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure common understanding of objectives and metrics
- Prepare and manage operational cash flow forecasts
- Analyze business developments and their impact on cash flow
- Derive impact on return on invested capital (ROIC)
- Establish governance structures and KPI frameworks
- Develop operational management processes
- Support investment decisions through financial analyses
- Optimize capital allocation
- Implement and develop systems and tools
- Enhance data quality and management capabilities
