- Translate business strategy into digital, data, and AI roadmaps
- Represent Commercial priorities in enterprise technology forums
- Lead demand shaping and portfolio governance for Commercial initiatives
- Ensure financial transparency and value tracking across the portfolio
- Coordinate delivery execution with BTS, regional IT teams, and partners
- Resolve cross-regional dependencies and drive execution
- Advance omnichannel engagement and data-driven decision-making
- Embed analytics and AI use cases into Commercial operations
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory policies
- Influence senior leaders with strategic insight and executive presence
- Collaborate with BRM peers and enterprise stakeholders
- Prioritize global Commercial IT demand
- Endorse functional templates, standards, and platform adoption
- Develop enterprise digital, data, and AI strategy
- Direct platform architecture
- Evolve governance frameworks and operating models
