Anforderungen
- •Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
- •Proven experience in leading and developing distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
- •Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
- •Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
- •Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
- •Experience with project and team management across regions
- •Performance Management – driving accountability and results through feedback and coaching

- •Lead and manage the EMEA Business Development team

- •Steer regional sales growth and market expansion
- •Develop and convert the sales funnel to enhance EBIT contribution
- •Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
- •Collaborate with marketing and solution design for value propositions
- •Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- •Utilize CRM effectively
