Anforderungen
- Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
- Proven experience in leading and developing distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
- Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
- Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
- Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
- Experience with project and team management across regions
- Performance Management – driving accountability and results through feedback and coaching

Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the EMEA Business Development team
- Drive business development strategies to identify new opportunities
- Set and monitor ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the region
- Steer regional sales growth and market expansion
- Develop and convert the sales funnel to enhance EBIT contribution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
- Collaborate with marketing and solution design for value propositions
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Utilize CRM effectively
