Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years Marketing Technology experience
- Cross-functional and global work ability
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications beneficial

- Proven experience in digital marketing ecosystems design
- Proficiency with Drupal, Pardot, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Aufgaben
- Design, integrate, develop, and optimize the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem
- Translate business goals into scalable, data-driven digital marketing architectures
- Maintain and develop a security-first digital marketing ecosystem
- Ensure marketing platforms, integrations, and data flows meet security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Reduce architectural complexity and technical debt across the MarTech stack
- Architect digital experiences that build credibility and trust with security-conscious buyers
- Support long, complex B2B sales cycles with compliant demand generation
- Enable personalization and automation without compromising data privacy or security
- Establish accurate, compliant data collection, identity resolution, and consent management
- Ensure reliable attribution and reporting while complying with GDPR, CCPA, and regional regulations
- Support audits, vendor reviews, and regulatory inquiries related to marketing systems
- Enable compliant experimentation (A/B testing) across digital channels
- Evaluate AI and emerging MarTech with a risk-based approach
- Continuously improve customer journeys based on performance data and user behavior
- Manage and develop MarTech platforms including Drupal, CMPs, Account Engagement, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Set up and develop digital campaign frameworks
- Develop data-driven optimized customer journeys
