- Support business leaders in identifying technology needs
- Centralize and prioritize IS demands and investment requests
- Translate business strategy into digital roadmaps
- Build and manage regional IS project portfolio
- Ensure project progress and value creation visibility
- Lead and coordinate IS projects
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, costs, and quality
- Assess project capacity and allocate resources
- Identify and manage project risks
- Prepare and manage regional IS budget
- Define and monitor KPIs for project delivery
- Ensure solutions deliver value and support user adoption
- Coordinate IMS processes and compliance activities
- Support internal and external audits
- Promote best practices across regions
