- Plan visits and training activities with the sales team
- Report activities, opportunities, and forecasts using business tools
- Visit existing and new customers to assess their needs
- Support the sales team in presenting and selling prosthetics solutions
- Demonstrate, install, and train customers on digital products and services
- Provide technical and hotline support for existing customers
- Analyze customer and territory sales trends and report findings
- Plan sales activities based on territory needs to meet sales goals
- Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships
- Implement creative marketing activities to grow core business
- Support sales representatives in developing relationships with key leaders
- Manage and report product issues and customer loss to management
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity
- Present and promote organizational courses and events
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and implement them effectively
- Provide after-sales technical support on-site or via hotline
- Establish a travel schedule for consistent customer contact
