- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex requirements
- Fluent English skills
- Desirable German language skills
Aufgaben
- Drive project management.
- Drive governance frameworks.
- Drive the Material Change Process (MCP).
- Analyze platform capabilities for alignment.
- Lead cross-functional DevSecOps and application initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and resources.
- Define and maintain governance for tooling and applications.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Support implementation and evolution of the MCP.
- Analyze and optimize DevSecOps processes and tooling.
- Facilitate the WorkFlows initiative.
- Evaluate employee-submitted ideas.
- Coordinate implementation of ideas.
- Track the impact of WorkFlows initiatives.
- Translate business/technical requirements into specifications.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, governance, and business.
- Organize workshops and working groups.
- Gather input and communicate decisions.
- Maintain documentation for governance and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to dashboards and reporting for compliance/performance.
