Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- 5 years relevant experience in electrical engineering, ideally R&D or industrialization
- Experience collaborating with external partners, suppliers, or academic institutions
- In-depth understanding of electrical machine development, industrialization, and verification
- Experience with electromagnetic calculations, analytical methods, and FEM simulations
- Ability to combine hands-on testing and manufacturing knowledge with analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills in calculation, analysis, and technical documentation
- Experience contributing to or leading cross-organizational development projects
- Awareness of cost, quality, and time constraints in projects
- Strong team-oriented communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Fluency in German, written and spoken
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Develop and optimize high-speed electrical motors
- Perform electromagnetic and electrical calculations
- Analyze and validate simulation results
- Initiate and support R&D projects
- Acquire internal and external funding
- Collaborate with research partners
- Execute and support on-site testing
- Interpret test data and correlate with simulations
- Contribute to design reviews and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide technical consulting to business units
- Transfer knowledge across sites and products
