You will drive the physical design of aircraft electrical systems, from routing harnesses in CATIA to managing technical interfaces, ensuring every deliverable meets the program's schedule.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in systems design and installation
• •Experience with design processes and tools
• •Engineering degree in aeronautics or mechanical
• •5+ years aircraft development expertise
• •Knowledge of airframe certification requirements
• •Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
• •Product development experience in aircraft programmes
• •Good presenting, communication and leadership skills
• •Knowledge of harness routing rules advantageous
• •Knowledge about manufacturing drawings
• •Proficiency in CATIA and 3D Experience
• •Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc) in Aeronautics

Aufgaben

• •Design and install electrical aircraft systems
• •Install harnesses according to specific requirements
• •Allocate equipment space and define harness routings
• •Define physical interfaces between systems and structures
• •Create interface control documents
• •Build configured product breakdown structures
• •Develop 3D CATIA models and drawings
• •Generate bills of materials for manufacturing
• •Coordinate designs with all involved parties
• •Support the verification and validation process
• •Manage system requirements as needed
• •Execute activities according to program schedules
• •Secure design deliverables through development phases
