- Ability to advise on safety risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with CADRA, design reviews, and validation planning
- Structured approach to planning and prioritizing safety tasks
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in site inspections and interaction with authorities
- Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and mentoring
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
Aufgaben
- Advise Sales, Service, and Engineering departments on applicable standards
- Audit design safety and compliance processes from pre-bid phase onward
- Consult on Health Safety and Risk Analyses
- Provide authority on mandatory Design Safety Engineering deliverables
- Verify safety solutions within projects and discuss with stakeholders
- Set up and deliver Safety Training
- Conduct site inspections on Design Safety for Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls
- Check technical files for compliance and prepare Declarations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design safety and compliance
