- Real design systems fluency (token architectures, component libraries, Figma libraries, design-to-code)

- Visual judgment (consistency, brand alignment, system coherence)
- Comfort with measurement (tracking adoption, scorecards, progress communication)
- Comfort collaborating with engineers and front-end workflows
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflow
- Self-driven, autonomous approach
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset
Aufgaben
- Coordinate design-to-engineering handoffs for foundations work
- Ensure designs move into implementation
- Flag when implementation stalls
- Maintain shared understanding of timelines and dependencies
- Run and evolve contribution workflows
- Manage design system onboarding and enablement
- Host design system office hours
- Communicate design system changes
- Maintain and publish quality metrics
- Track component parity across platforms
- Monitor design system adoption rates
- Track design system deviation
- Make measurement framework operational and current
- Support visual foundations work (icons, illustrations, assets)
- Contribute hands-on to visual foundations work
- Ensure visual work meets quality standards
- Integrate visual work into existing libraries
- Partner with leads to translate brand direction
- Develop systematic, reusable design guidance
- Support definition and management of design tokens
- Manage design tokens (color, typography, spacing, motion)
- Align product pods, brand partners, and engineering
- Coordinate foundations work prioritization, delivery, and adoption
- Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration
- Improve asset transfer using AI tools
- Support readiness for AI-assisted design workflows
- Build and refine AI-assisted design workflows
