Anforderungen
- Studies in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable field
- Several years professional experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, preferably automotive
- Proven experience in Design-for-Test (DfT) for AMS circuits, including production test concepts and fault coverage strategies
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design (amplifiers, data converters, sensor interfaces, power management blocks)
- Solid understanding of automotive standards and requirements (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262, functional safety concepts)
- Experience with test cost optimization, yield improvement, and quality metrics in high-volume production
- Good knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and characterization techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication across disciplines
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with design, verification, product engineering, and test engineering teams
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)

- Introduce and maintain a pipeline for test innovations
- Improve coverage, quality, and cost efficiency
- Set and achieve best-in-class targets for test metrics
- Analyze production and characterization data
- Identify and address yield limitations
- Support and influence early testability in analog design
- Develop reuse concepts for DfT structures and methods
- Optimize ATE test programs and qualification flows
- Contribute to functional safety concepts
- Align with ISO 26262 standards
