- •Manage floor operations for daily commercial excellence
- •Delegate tasks and oversee their successful execution
- •Communicate sales targets and motivate the team
- •Conduct inventories to ensure product availability
- •Manage the full product cycle from receiving to returns
- •Handle store opening, closing, and cash register procedures
- •Oversee daily maintenance, pricing, and product refills
- •Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store animations
- •Support Click & Collect processes
- •Ensure department compliance with audit regulations
- •Monitor and manage department expenses
- •Drive monthly and annual sales growth
