- 3 years experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management (FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in demand planning software (SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis, or equivalent) and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environment
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain robust rolling demand forecasts for all product categories in Central Europe
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotions
- Build accurate short and long-term forecasts
- Lead the regional S&OP process
- Ensure alignment across commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams
- Identify forecast risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Understand demand drivers and market dynamics
- Collaborate with Supply Planning
- Ensure product availability and inventory optimization
- Support regional business units with demand analysis
- Assist with new product introductions and phase-outs
- Communicate forecast changes and assumptions clearly to cross-functional teams
- Monitor key forecast performance indicators
- Track accuracy, bias, service level, and inventory turnover
- Utilize demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Anaplan, or similar)
- Provide regular performance reports
- Offer recommendations for continuous improvement
