- Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
- Collaborative work in cross-functional teams
- Cultural awareness
- Business fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain Planning
- Hand off demand changes for monthly S&OP cycle
- Address meaningful demand evolutions in production planning
- Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Support gap closure activities to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
- Identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts
- Present regular reports on forecast development
- Report on risk and opportunity profiles to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Implement best practices in demand planning
