- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery outcomes without hands-on keyboard responsibilities
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer stakeholders
- Understanding of connecting technical deliverables to business value
- Track record of achieving or exceeding goals or objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English; French or German language skills are a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks platform
- Ensure customer success through technical accountability
- Maximize value of selected Databricks workloads
- Own post-sales technical strategy for high-value use cases
- Engage with senior technical and business leaders
- Drive design reviews and performance optimization
- Facilitate product adoption and remove blockers
- Align architectural best practices with account growth
- Build executive alignment and lead stakeholders
- Guide priority use cases from design to go-live
- Remove blockers and provide best practices
- Serve as the first contact for production status
- Orchestrate the Databricks ecosystem for delivery
- Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases
- Collaborate with Professional Services on proposals
- Partner with Product and Engineering for new capabilities
- Develop a unified technical execution plan
- Provide internal and external updates on progress
