- •Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders
- •Manage internal workflow for each deal in progress
- •Provide guidance on deal structuring and pricing
- •Determine relevant contracting vehicles and nonstandard order terms
- •Construct and prepare customer-ready quotes and proposals
- •Ensure compliance with Revenue strategy and corporate governance
- •Collaborate with business stakeholders to expedite deal processing
- •Respond to inquiries related to quotes, orders, and contracts
- •Perform data entry and updates in internal systems
- •Maintain customer files and records in internal systems
- •Work with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and processes
- •Attend Sales QBRs and Forecast calls
- •Assist in creating and updating training materials
- •Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required
