In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of Data Services and Archive, ensuring systems run smoothly while also contributing to their evolution through user support and performance monitoring.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• •Ability to work effectively in English and knowledge of French
• •Proven experience in a highly operational environment involving Earth observation, meteorological or environmental data
• •Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, including web technologies, APIs, and programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java
• •Experience with scientific or geospatial data formats, metadata standards, and related tools
• •Practical experience with cloud and metrics gathering tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Panda
• •Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• •Support user communications related to services
• •Monitor and analyze user enquiries from the Helpdesk
• •Categorize issues, complaints, and enhancement requests
• •Report on user feedback according to quality procedures
• •Define and maintain key performance indicators
• •Support effective monitoring and management reporting
• •Coordinate service contracts with Service Level Managers
• •Ensure compliance with service level targets
