- Background as a Data Scientist or Engineer with experience in new digital technologies
- Several years of professional experience in SAP
- Experience in leading large scale projects, especially in reporting, advanced analytics, and planning of implementations
- Knowledge of technical solutions such as Palentir, SAP SAC, Sportfire, BW4H
- Experience in data management with SQL or NoSQL, Hadoop/Spark
- Understanding of finance processes or first experience in finance: accounting, controlling, treasury, and/or tax
- Experience in leading digital international project teams and managing project portfolios
- Language skills: English business fluent, German good skills, French is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month to the French site
Aufgaben
- Develop and promote digital excellence and a culture of innovation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
- Evaluate potential solutions and assess their feasibility with IT and stakeholders
- Create detailed functional specifications and use cases for development
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends and define reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations
- Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using JIRA
- Support business teams with digital culture, training, and live support
- Review project requests and prepare one-pager support for prioritization
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
- Manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve conflicts
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track and resolve issues to prevent project derailment
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team in an Agile scrum methodology
- Coordinate tasks and ensure effective collaboration
- Manage organizational change to ensure user adoption of new systems
