- Engage with C-level executives to drive marketing transformations.
- Oversee team resources to match skills with project challenges.
- Ensure the well-being and growth of team members.
- Secure successful delivery of client projects.
- Promote the Data Science team’s successes through events and PR.
- Collaborate with consulting managers to understand client needs.
- Research and develop new technical solutions for clients.
- Leverage latest technologies through partnerships.
- Share best practices to enhance Artefact’s knowledge base.
- Lead by example and demonstrate core values.
- Prioritize team happiness while ensuring high-standard work.
- Provide continuous feedback and mentoring to the team.
