- Solid understanding of customer master data (HCP/HCO), commercial data ecosystems, and affiliate integrations
- Experience defining data governance and master data operating models
- Proven experience leading client engagements and global delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or animal health)
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus
Aufgaben
- Expand Fusion's data and CRM platform capabilities.
- Lead customer data and commercial platform initiatives.
- Guide global teams delivering transformation programs.
- Collaborate with commercial, data, and IT stakeholders.
- Design scalable, compliant customer data solutions.
- Enable engagement with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Lead and develop Fusion's Customer Excellence data practice.
- Develop service offerings for commercial data platforms.
- Develop service offerings for CRM ecosystems.
- Develop service offerings for customer master data.
- Build and mentor global data and CRM consultant teams.
- Lead customer data and CRM transformation programs.
- Support Veeva CRM and Network initiatives.
- Support master data management initiatives.
- Support related commercial platform initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with data governance, compliance, and regulations.
- Define target operating models for customer data and platforms.
- Design scalable data governance frameworks.
- Design master data lifecycle processes.
- Align business needs with technology and data architecture.
- Manage and coordinate global project teams.
- Support capability development for the practice.
- Support recruitment for the practice.
- Coach consultants.
- Promote best practices across delivery teams.
- Contribute to client proposals, solution design, and pitches.
- Identify opportunities to expand commercial data programs.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer excellence programs.
- Support growth of Fusion's Data portfolio.
- Support growth of Fusion's Commercial Platforms portfolio.
