As the Data Intelligence and AI Team Lead, you will drive strategic initiatives that leverage data and AI to create business value. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, mentoring the team, and ensuring compliance with data standards while exploring innovative use cases.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics, or comparable field
• •Several years of experience in implementing Data and AI/ML initiatives
• •Deep understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, Azure stack (Databricks, ML Studio, DevOps)
• •Leadership skills in aligning diverse teams and building stakeholder partnerships
• •Ability to translate data-driven decisions into measurable business success
• •Experience with enterprise architectures and data governance frameworks
• •Knowledge of GenAI strategies and their scaling
• •Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and German
