Aufgaben
- Run Delos Cloud datacenter infrastructure
- Manage daily operations of colocation sites
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
- Maintain high availability of power and cooling systems
- Manage network systems and technical escalations
- Document and align supplier contracts and success metrics
- Define operational and manageability criteria
- Hold landlords accountable to service-level agreements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on site requirements
- Maintain datacenter availability, safety, and security
- Drive service implementation and adoption
- Conduct quality audits and train support teams
- Ensure end-to-end service compliance and quality
- Maximize client satisfaction for agreed service levels
- Apply subject matter expertise to meet SLAs
