- Experience with large, complex datasets across multiple countries
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or comparable BI tools)
- Solid experience with SQL and data extraction/manipulation
- Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale, healthcare, or trading environments (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent English
- German or other European languages (advantageous)

- Ensure data availability, consistency, and accuracy
- Maintain and develop data models and pipelines
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Drive automation of manual reporting and data processes
- Improve analytics workflow efficiency and scalability
- Develop best practices for data handling and visualization
- Design and build automated dashboards and reports
- Standardize reporting structures across units
- Enable self-service reporting for business users
- Deliver timely and accurate recurring reports
- Support Business Partners with data preparation
- Serve as technical contact for data topics
- Translate business questions into data queries
- Support performance reviews and decision making
- Identify trends, anomalies, and data-driven insights
