Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 7+ years in data analytics/product analytics
  • Supply chain focus in e-commerce/tech
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of A/B testing
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Ability to interpret complex data
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Focus on detail, accuracy, clarity
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Present data insights effectively
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Experience running Geo-lift tests across Europe
  • Previous e-commerce / multi-category experience
  • Strong Performance marketing background
  • Strong CRM measurement background
  • Able to translate data analysis into action
  • Storytelling and visualization skills
  • Understanding of core marketing metrics
  • Understanding of LTV/CAC, ROAS, MER

Aufgaben

  • Partner with US team to understand existing processes and identify gaps
  • Develop automated reports for Marketing KPIs
  • Track new and returning customers, LTV/CAC, and ROAS
  • Monitor performance marketing channels: Paid Social, SEM, App, Affiliates
  • Analyze CRM data: customer cohorts, database health, lifecycle stages
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify channel inefficiencies and scaling opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Performance teams on experimentation
  • Conduct Geo-Lift tests, Channel Incrementality, Brand lift, and MMM validation
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and CRM to deliver data-driven customer lifecycle programs
  • Optimize revenue per visit and incremental LTV/Revenue through A/B and multivariate tests
  • Implement cross-selling strategies based on customer behavior
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and AI best practices
  • Contribute to the growth of the international team
