- Demonstrated experience in one or more verticals (banking, insurance, life sciences, manufacturing, retail), good knowledge of its value chain, challenges, key trends related to Data & AI
- Project experience in Data and/or AI strategy, governance, and management
- Project experience in Data & AI implementation projects, from idea to production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Assertiveness, eloquence, proactivity, and enthusiasm
- Customer-centric thinking and communication across disciplines and levels of seniority
- Results-oriented and able to win over stakeholders and decision-makers

- Drive Data & AI business development
- Develop tailored offerings with sales colleagues
- Support project proposals
- Deliver projects with interdisciplinary teams
- Enable technical implementations of AI applications
- Manage projects and products hands-on
- Consult clients on organizational aspects of Data & AI transformations
- Advise on governance, education, and processes
