Anforderungen

  • Several years of proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B Enterprise environments
  • Successful work with large Enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise account buying and scaling complex solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with engineers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven experience in startups or fast-paced organizations
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Quick learning and adaptation to new situations
  • Strong understanding and experience with technical products
  • Experience in robotics, software development, or deep tech sectors
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer purchase and scaling in technical sectors
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Design teams
  • Ability to motivate others towards a common goal
  • Strong self-organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and documentation skills
  • CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce), CS platform (Planhat, Velaris etc.), and tickets (Jira) maintenance
  • Proactive mindset
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Professional proficiency in German
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Willingness to commute regularly to Dresden
  • Past in a technical role
  • Curiosity to learn to write code, pursue no/low-code projects, or program robots
  • Passion for technology and its transformative potential
  • Ability to inspire others with technology passion
  • Work or past work in production, manufacturing, or industrial automation

Aufgaben

  • Lead customer journey from late-stage sales to full onboarding
  • Develop collaboration plans for customer success
  • Expand strategies from proof-of-concept to enterprise-wide rollouts
  • Monitor customer sentiment and proactively address issues
  • Design and coordinate trainings and technical workshops
  • Provide expert consultation and support services
  • Gather and report customer feedback and insights
  • Inform revenue generation strategies with customer data
  • Support product development with customer insights
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for project delivery
  • Represent customer voice in internal discussions
