- •Embed automation and scalable practices for CSM productivity
- •Provide regular feedback and support career progression for team members
- •Build collaborative partnerships with Sales, Product, and Support teams
- •Advocate for customers internally and influence decision-making
- •Handle conflicts and complex conversations with empathy
- •Communicate ideas and direction transparently to the team
- •Establish an operating rhythm for onboarding and value realization
- •Analyze data to improve performance and coach the team
