Aufgaben
- Implement and manage effective customer service policies
- Monitor service metrics and report to management
- Coach representatives to provide excellent client service
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to senior management
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Evaluate feedback to improve service operations
- Reduce working capital by respecting customer contracts
- Optimize and standardize processes across regional teams
- Provide full product lifecycle support to add business value
- Align activities with the regional sales organization
- Validate logistics contracts to optimize company interests
- Foster a positive environment and cross-departmental relationships
- Maximize regional synergies to drive efficiency and cost reduction
- Upskill the regional team to strengthen customer relations
