Anforderungen
- Relevant qualifications (HNC/D or degree) in electrical/electronical engineering or mechatronics
- Relevant experience in semiconductor or capital equipment arena
- Advantageous: Electronic semiconductor capital equipment and/or installation
- Experience combining electrical/mechanical/control systems in mechatronic environment
- Advantageous: Fault finding to chassis level
- Experience of 3 phase voltage, PLC and operating systems
- Adaptable approach to working hours and locations
- Flexible approach to work responsibilities, independent and team working
- Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended periods in challenging situations
- Systematic and logical approach to problem solving
- Adaptable and willing to travel internationally to support customer
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
- Good organizational skills
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience
Aufgaben
- Provide install support for system commissioning, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Build close relationships with regional customers to promote product sales
- Submit feedback in approved formats for product and process improvements
- Complete field visit reports, including expenses and returns, in a timely manner
- Offer remote install and technical support to customers
- Perform other duties as reasonably required
