- Bachelor/master degree in administration, commercial/business, or languages

- Complete order processing from entry to invoicing
- Keep customer master data up to date
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Check material availability and inventory accuracy
- Build and strengthen customer relationships considering specific requirements
- Maintain close contact with internal departments
- Actively identify appropriate internal contacts
- Use processes and KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure excellent complaint handling
- Proactively and commercially think with the customer
- Actively look for solutions to challenges
