- Assist global sales and after-sales teams
- Provide first-level support for users and the online shop
- Maintain customer master data and ordering platforms
- Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate on customer projects with supply chain management
- Manage the dunning process
- Improve efficient and customer-oriented service processes
