Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- Handling customer complaints, claims, and 8D problem-solving
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements
- Experience supporting customer audits and customer-facing quality activities
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive problem resolution under time pressure
- Fluent English; German language skills advantageous
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification
- VDA 6.3 Process Auditor qualification advantageous
- Experience in automotive, battery, electronics, or industrial manufacturing industries
Aufgaben
- Act as primary quality contact for customers
- Lead customer complaint investigations
- Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage and coordinate 8D reports
- Drive internal cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
- Coordinate sorting, rework, recall, and field containment activities
- Monitor and report on customer quality KPIs
- Support customer audits and quality reviews
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Participate in product and process change management
- Assess customer quality risks
- Support APQP, PPAP, validation, and industrialization activities
- Lead lessons learned activities
- Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback
- Support Quality Management System compliance
- Ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance
