Anforderungen
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Insights
- Ability to respond to customers and convey ideas as added value
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and customer focus
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage

- Design customized solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Support implementation of solutions
- Integrate data sources with internal teams
- Create customer segmentations
- Enable personalized customer journeys
- Conduct workshops for stakeholders
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Contribute to optimizing marketing processes
- Contribute to optimizing sales processes
- Contribute to optimizing service processes
- Support presales activities
- Prepare quotations
