Customer Care Specialist for Mercedes-German Speakers(m/w/x)
Frontline support for Mercedes-Benz via calls, email, and chat, including roadside assistance and vehicle recovery. German C1 level and English B2 level required. Two extra annual payments and full relocation support.
Anforderungen
- German C1 level
- English B2 level
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Advanced problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with PC apps, mobile platforms, basic network setups
- Driver's license
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
Aufgaben
- Provide frontline customer support via calls, emails, and chat
- Handle roadside assistance inquiries
- Provide 24/7 breakdown support following safety guidelines
- Arrange vehicle recovery to dealerships
- Offer B2B and B2C customer support
- Collect customer and vehicle information
- Support Mercedes Me App and digital services
- Assist with account login and digital service activation/deactivation
- Process service purchases and online appointment bookings
- Help customers with vehicle monitoring
- Inform customers about service package features
- Perform basic troubleshooting for digital services
- Escalate complex issues to the Backdesk
- Handle first-line customer service inquiries
- Address warranty and maintenance appointment questions
- Provide dealership details and workshop complaint resolution
- Process goodwill requests
- Answer list-price/tax inquiries
- Provide general technical documentation support
- Support demanding luxury clients in sensitive situations
