- Develop and implement product applications for MACH Analytics
- Support new product introductions
- Characterize new products
- Conduct alpha and beta testing
- Test pilot tools during factory startups
- Identify customer needs for future product capabilities
- Contribute to defining future product features
- Develop and review feature requirements
- Design and execute test plans
- Collect and analyze data
- Publish results and recommendations
- Create Best Known Method (BKM) documents
- Develop application notes and technical materials
- Transfer product and application knowledge to Field Application teams
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Interface with systems and software engineering teams
- Generate demo and test reports
- Conduct new product demonstrations
- Train customers and internal teams on new products
- Showcase product performance to support sales
- Support KLA business units in achieving account and strategic goals
