- Experience in performance marketing/KPI monitoring
- Solid understanding of loyalty program mechanics
- Translate complex business questions into structured analyses

Aufgaben
- Extract and validate loyalty/CRM data from various sources
- Analyze loyalty data using advanced methods and tools
- Translate data findings into clear insights
- Optimize the CRM contact plan for loyalty objectives
- Build and maintain KPI reporting tools
- Provide business cases and ROI calculations
- Develop and refine customer segmentation
- Design measurement frameworks for CRM initiatives
- Lead post-campaign performance analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements
- Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure excellent execution of loyalty/CRM activities
