- Negotiate national and international loan agreements
- Manage syndicated and bilateral loans
- Oversee certificate of indebtedness and supply chain finance products
- Act as a deal captain for a portfolio of transactions
- Collaborate with business units and external partners
- Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent
- Manage legal and operational tasks throughout financing transactions
